Update Skill: Taming #140

We need to go through and see what's tamable, whats not and adjust slots and such.

- raise tame slots to 10 (done)
- bump tame slots up on horses and other 1 slot mobs that we don't want people running around with 10 of
- add tame ability to more mobs
- adjust power levels across the board, make things hit harder
- create NEW mobs, dread versions of dires, etc. 
- create spawns for all new mobs
