Discuss: Can we recycle scrolls with an "eraser pencil" (inscribing pen HUE red)?

Spell Grade 1,2 -> blank scroll Spell Grade 3,4 -> frayed scroll Spell Grade 5,6 -> fine scroll Spell Grade 7,8 -> ancient scroll

Successrate (roll) depended on inscription skill

returnrate max 50% if there are not enough scrolls in the recycle stack to return 50% then a lower tier empty scroll will be created
