add JackSession support #106

I'd like to hear what Andrew and Chris think about JS because as far as I'm concerned its a waste of time- mainly because JACK sessions are inherently non-portable so any session is chained to the specific machine it was created on. You may as well forget about archiving any such sessions. If I want to use external apps with OOM then I believe the only way to fly is LV2 and VST plugins.

I've yet to try it myself as I don't have any use for it but from reading comments on LAU it sounds like NSM aka the Non Session Manager is a superior implementation of session management. I hope its damn sight better than LADI too as thats is a massively over-complicated mess which I tried not too long ago and shall never return to.
