Change Jack_buffersize on the fly #109

A way to change Jack_buffersize on the fly, inside of OOM.

I don't think JACK allows this does it, Andrew/Chris? AFAIK you need to stop JACK (and hence OOM) to change any JACK settings.

I'm fairly certain JACK allows it, I know for sure Ardour can do it, and I've heard that Patchage can do it aswell =).
