Track colours per track #35

Current format is weird for track colours, and doesn't seem to conform to any consistent pattern, making it very user unfriendly. Colours are ok in tracks, but should be for quick visual id only.

FR is, pull out all the current track appearance setting nonsense, and implement a simple track colour setting system by track. User right clicks on the track header, pops up a colour map, selects the colour he or she wants for the track and hit enter.

I'm closing this, as the defaults have improved with Christopher's changes.
