New Tconfig .ini file contents. #37

As Remon has now added the Tconfig .ini file format for retaining settings, and user specified window size is beginning to be implemented, we could add further settings to this file.

In the case of the PR, the following would fit that criteria:

Zoom settings the last position of the splitter between track info and main canvas. Any controller lanes added for the highlighted part. (in addition to the default Velocity and volume) Any adjustment in controller lane height by the user. Canvas vertical position per part. C3 as the default in the centre of the canvas is already submitted as an issue, but dependent on the part, this could vary according to user requirements. (for the piccolo parts, c4 would be in the middle, and contrabass parts would have C2 in the middle)
