Mastertrack Window (list) Editing values are chopped off top and bottom #38

In the Mastertrack Window (list), when editing a value for tempo, or TimeSignature, the value box size is too small in height, and the numbers are getting chopped off top and bottom, making them quite hard to read.

This is more or less done with the new fonts. I consider this closed.
