mute not working for input busses. #56

The mute function doesn't work for input busses. Whether on or off, sound continues to be heard.

Fixed mute now works on input busses again.

This looked to be be something we inherited, i'm not sure why inputs would be hard coded to be not mute.

Anyway this is closed.
