line tool draws events in and should only alter existing events #63

the line tool overwrites events and adds in new ones. It should only alter existing events considering the velocity is the acctual note. Possibly this applies to other controller lanes as well? We need to test. This was introduced as a fix to a bug that crashed oomidi when using the line tool.
