track list jumps when making changes to it #90

when making changes to the track list it jumps when editing it, causing you to hunt for the track you were working on.

This should be fixed now, The list will still just but only to where the part was added if it would not be in view. Many cleanups happened in this class. I'm calling this closed for now.
