Metronome Config window prob #97

If you save a session with the metronome turned on you are presented with the Metronome Config window when you load the session.

Fixed, Issue was metronome configuration was read from the song file and set before the tracks were loaded so there is no master to check for the correct settings so it gives the dialog to try and configure it. Old inherited bug.
