Edit the Log Catch dom and API route

Need to edit the form so that title is replaced with location and date is included as a field in the form. The fetch request will need to be edited accordingly

Also need to rewrite the api route so that the fields created are properly named and given proper values

Edit the catchLog dom so that form has proper place holders and fields

• [x] Add date field to the log catch form with input type of date
• [x] replace title with location in dom and html
• [x] Fix create route so that it accepts proper data
