pre-defined chart set doesn't work for JVM running on Mac #38

** issue statement

When loading pre-defined chart set 'Memory' for target JVM that is running on 
Mac, no data is shown on Heap Memory Pool chart.

** how to reproduce

1. start Java application on Mac
2. start monitoring the JVM
3. load the predefined chart set 'Memory'
4. no data is shown on Heap Memory Pool chart
