Added [none] option to --growradius and fixed naming convention bugs. #25

User can now specify --growradius none to eliminate the maximum grow radius check. This reduces computational cost when applied (28.5 min job is now 24 min). Bugs associated with naming conventions were also fixed within the subtraction method and flood depth branches.
