This is a pull request to begin the process of merging the docker-k8s branch, of the Kalpana repo, with the master branch.

No, I ran test yesterday, with the COG driver removed, and logger statements before and after the reprojection step, and the process was being killed at that step.

I resolved all the merge conflicts. I got confused yesterday, I assumed rioxarray generated the memory issues when doing the reprojection but the problem was saving the tif with the COG driver, am I right?
