Incorrect format for the dissertation title on the "ABSTRACT" page #20

Based on my recent dissertation formatting review experience from the graduate school, the format for the dissertation title on the "ABSTRACT" page seems incorrect.

For example, in the current format, it's "ZHOU TENG. Surface-based 3D Object Modeling, Detection and Pose Estimation in Cluttered Environments for Robotic Manipulation. (Under the direction of DR. JING XIAO)",

However, the graduate school suggests "ZHOU TENG. Surface-based 3D object modeling, detection, and pose estimation in cluttered environments for robotic manipulation. (Under the direction of DR. JING XIAO)"

Thanks @zhouteng -- Do you know someone at UNCC, maybe folks involved in CCI Grads, who can take over this repo to incorporate the changes for future users? cc @stevemacn

Got it. It looks like I removed myself a while back.

@stevemacn Sure, of course. We should probably add more people that are officers in CCI Grads too. I'll contact them today about it.
