wmp9 issues #162

Using winetricks 20111115 and Wine 1.3.36, doing winetricks wmp9 in a clean 
wineprefix reports:
  Executing w_do_call wmp9
  Executing load_wmp9
  ------------------------------------------------------
  bug: unrecognized version -1.3.31
  ------------------------------------------------------

Possibly-related: I later installed a game which runs the Microsoft Windows 
media 7.1 installer. Running winetricks wmp9 again after that, it just exited 
thinking wmp9 was already installed:
  wmp9 already installed, skipping

winetricks wmp10 did seem to work without needing the --force argument.
