windowscodecs verb broken #179

NOTE: winetricks is broken due to 'photometadatahandler.dll' builtin addition 
to newer Wine versions.

You need to remove this file from "c:\windows\system32" prior running the 
recipe: 

$ bash winetricks windowscodecs 

You must set native-only override for windowscodecs component (winecfg)! Set it 
to "native" (NOT "native then builtin" as the winetricks incorrectly does).
