axel is a buggy download method #185

winetricks will use axel if it's installed instead of wget (I added
this by user request), but then "winetricks droid" fails with
"Too many redirects".  This looks like
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=449513

So perhaps winetricks should demote axel and/or warn users that it's buggy?

I think replacing axel with aria2c is another good idea. aria2c is also 
multi-connection downloader and more powerful.
axel hasn't been updated in nearly 4 years. You can just drop it.

I've replaced axel with aria2c. Tested against bioshock_demo and droid, both 
work fine.
