please remove wine-mono before installing .NET #202

All wine-mono MSI packages will be completely removed with the following 
command line: wine uninstaller --remove '{E45D8920-A758-4088-B6C6-31DBB276992E}'

This will also remove any files and registry keys that make it appear that .NET 
is installed.

Please do this before installing any version of .NET.
