Direct download link for msxml3.msi file #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run winetricks' msxml3 script
2. See that winetricks wants you to manually download msxml3.msi (yuck!)
3. Notice that PlayOnLinux has a script 
(http://www.playonlinux.com/repository/?script=523) with a direct download link 
to msxml3.msi: (http://repository.playonlinux.com/divers/msxml3.msi)
4. Inform winetricks about the direct download link and hope they use it

While the download is direct, I'm not convinced they had permission from 
microsoft to upload it there.
