Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Following the steps at
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=25832
2. ./winetricks fontfix
3. ./winetricks corefonts vcrun6
4. ./winetricks gdiplus
5. ./winetricks dotnet20

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The installation of .Net Framework should complete. Instead, it hangs on second
wizard screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wine 1.5.3 (i686) on Fedora 17 x86_64.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can't reproduce on ubuntu 11.04 with wine-1.5.3-143-g081b06c
and winetricks from svn.

Try with vanilla wine built from git, i.e. without fedora packaging, maybe?

It works if I install just dotnet20 on a clean profile but not with the
commands I ran before it. The good news is that those are now, with newer Wine,
not required to run Quicken.
