ie8 crashes early on, need workaround for bug 29642 #219

the bug and workaround.

Annoyingly, the workaround runs into an ie8 bug,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2171141

so more registry entries need to be set.
Attached is my last try, it's not quite right yet.

Works here, the wine bug has been fixed for a while.

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29642 was fixed in 1.5.28,
no point in trying to support earlier versions.
