Works fine on debian, I suspect a broken wine build (wine ships wit dnsapi.dll).

I'm having the same issue on Arch Linux. 

wine 1.6-1

$ pacman -Ql wine |grep dnsapi
wine /usr/lib/wine/dnsapi.dll.so
wine /usr/lib/wine/fakedlls/dnsapi.dll
wine /usr/lib/wine/libdnsapi.def
wine /usr/lib32/wine/dnsapi.dll.so
wine /usr/lib32/wine/fakedlls/dnsapi.dll
wine /usr/lib32/wine/libdnsapi.def

The thing I noticed is the case is different DNSAPI vs dnsapi. Not sure if this 
matters.

This is more of a wine issue, not a winetricks bug, we don't touch dnsapi in 
adobeair.

A +module,+loaddll log may give a clue.
