vcrun2008 fails to install with Windows 7 setting #246

Winetricks version: 20120308-1
Wine version: 1.5.10-1
OS: Arch Linux

Steps to reproduce issue:
 - Create wineprefix and change the Windows version setting to "Windows 7"
 - Attempt to install vcrun2008
 - The wizard begins

Expected output: The installer continues successfully
Actual output: An error is shown that "Installation failed"

Additional info:
 - The above was attempted with both 32 and 64 bit WINEARCH.
 - The installation is successful if the Windows setting is set to "Windows XP" (the default), for both 32 and 64 WINEARCH.

Issue is similar to 213, with the difference that I did not use winetricks to 
set win7; I used winecfg.

May be invalid, I believe win7 ships with that runtime.

In any case, works for me in 1.6-rc4. Please retest.
