What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When using the GUI of Winetricks (not the command-line version), if a download
fails because the download location is no longer correct (file no longer
available), the error message does not indicate this- it implies a corrupted or
incomplete download. Deleting or renaming the file is not helpful if the
download is simply no longer available.
There should be a distinction between corrupted/incomplete download and the
file not being available, with a relevant error message for the latter.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20120308, Linux Mint 13 x64 Cinnamon.
Please provide any additional information below.
There are at least two entries I have run across personally for which the
download locations are no longer valid- the need for this is not theoretical.
With the error being the same for two very different situations, it can take
users quite a bit of time and frustration just to find out that a file is flat
out missing, let alone find a new source for it.
