Offer to delete a prefix after a failed install #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install (or partially install) using a verb
2. Get some sort of error code -- eg due to some app crashing or being closed 
unexpectedly, or a download link not working
3. End up with something half broken or completely useless.  The user then has 
to select that unfinished prefix and delete it manually.

Here it might be helpful to offer to clean up for the user.

Or offer to reinstall the broken component or app. Currently winetricks cannot 
restall anything.

This worked better back when winetricks did not check if something is installed.
