I committed the 2005 and 2008 parts with minor changes after light testing,
see http://code.google.com/p/winetricks/source/detail?r=516
(Not sure, it might have made the install failure in dragonage slightly worse.)

What do you mean the 2010 installation is broken with this patch? 
It seemed to hang for me, so I left that bit out.

Here's a patch for vcrun2010 that warns the user that an insecure version is 
about to be installed, and adds a few comments about the situation.
