PATCH: Makefile for the project #57

For easy project management and installation of the sources for Linux 
distributions, here is Makefile to be included in the top level directory of 
SVN. 

This makefile is also bundled in release archive so that Linux distributions 
can make use of it to install software.

It also makes src/release.sh obsolete. See "make dist".

A Makefile was finally shipped with winetricks 20130617, though it's different 
from this one.
