Should Detlef Riekenberg and Andrew Nguyen be credited as authors?

I found what looks like a repost of an old release announcement:

It mentions two people who are not listed in the copyright block of the current 
winetricks:

 Detlef Riekenberg:

    wmi: new verb

 Andrew Nguyen:

    steam: install corefonts first
    gfw: Avoid extracting the entire Win2k SP4 redist for msasn1.dll

In the current winetricks, there is still a wmi verb, steam still installs 
corefonts, and gfw does "w_call msasn1".
