Bring back support for gog.com #82

r1600 in wisotool removed support for gog.com, but
they came back to life several days later.
They're looking very much alive, since they're publishing
Witcher 2, so it's past time to bring them back.

Forward porting the old helper function doesn't quite work,
it seems gog.com has changed how they do login.  
I'll probably replace the automatic login/download with
a manual one for now so we can get this back up quickly.
Attaching the forward port for future reference in case
someone has time to fix the automatic login.
(Also fixed a test == bug.)

Fixed in r611.  Remaining tasks: bring back individual games (I only did one
so far) and bring back automated login.
