vcrun2005 + vcrun2005sp1 producing 404

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to install these winetricks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, it all works fine until:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest winetricks (double-checked,) along with Wine 1.3.22, on Linux Mint 
11 (Katya) 64 bit.  (Installed from the wine1.3 package for Ubuntu.)

Please provide any additional information below.
I downloaded the latest binaries from Microsoft myself and attempted to install 
them with Wine (into a fresh prefix) and run the program I'm attempting to run 
that way, but its not working for me. This included 
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=3387
