Support per-theme images for redactor buttons. #27

This is a breaking change, as existing images which probably where absolute paths will now be incorrect.

Should I make this a option to support style relative URLs which is by default off for existing installs?

The problem is the Bbm has an helper to select the default Redactor icon based on the standard sprite. If a theme is using is own sprite it might not have all the default icons.
