Data wrangling

• [x] combine fine plastics categories into coarse categories made in ccd 1988
• [x] write data dictionary for fine-to-coarse plastic categories above
  • [x] rename columns as appropriate for visualization; include in dictionary
• [x] wrangle fine categories into coarse categories for all years, including ccd and oc data

Data visualization

• [ ] consider highlighting top categories; check out color schemes
• [ ] edit scale_x_continuous for all years, 1988-2021, plus room for geom_text plastic categories
• [ ] geom_label any categories that go in/out of top 10
• [ ] may need to change geom_text to go to next line for long-named categories; call external df with \n for new line in strings

Data wrangling into single dataset is currently performed in fig_coarse_heatmap.R; may not return to fig_ccd_bump_ranks.R and expect to move this script to an archived file folder.
