Unusual amount of errors while downloading images #139

Hello,

while downloading images, some of them download fine (green), but around 33% of them either stall and fail (yellow -> red) or outright fail (red). Re-downloading sometimes gets a few of those failed ones, usually though, it doesn't help much.

What might be the problem? I'm on Chrome 75.

Mostly it's due to low connection speed, as the images served on E-Hentai is delivered from any Hentai@Home node, just like a P2P network (a more convenient example is BitTorrent). Also if you're downloading the original images, the files are downloaded from E-Hentai's source servers, which are mostly located in Holland. So the download speed is depends on your connection speed to your connected H@H node or E-Hentai servers.

Thanks for the reply. I live in Europe, so my connection (100mbps) should be enough to get the images. Can it be a fault of the browser? Sincerely, Jack
