the estimated cost is over 20K, that means i cant download it since it passes the daily limit of 5.000?

download by little batch 1-200 and wait for the image limit to refresh, 1minute 10 point. or do the IP address hack by rebooting your router and your ISP will issue a new IP address to your router which will refresh the image limit to 0.

there is no daily limit of 5000, the limit will reduce to 0 over time.
