Compare infinite homogeneous with volumetric #7

Use RDM (Walters et.al. review) and MAG comparisons between different conductivity cases.

Also use Norm and break into symmetric and anti-symmetric parts to quantify of the lead field matrices.

Figure 5 essentially.

issue here with some changes in magnitudes - max vals are 0.3 for infinite homogeneous as opposed to 3 for the closed geometry

Also included here is the reciprocity measure https://github.com/ccluri/leadfield_atlas/blob/7b8e257688b47980f4aa4379cd1b8294c57f7c72/fig_src_v_pots.py#L28 [ not much revealing - all are reciprocal]
