Dipole cortical normals #8

Add these multiple dipole like sources along the cortical normal so that it would be possible to place the sources at these locations.

Some of these to serve as SEEG style electrodes.

Needs inputs from Piotr for this.

Fixed it with 'geometric' cortical dipoles (as opposed to anatomical - based on cortical delineation)

Need another one for the range of 0.98 to 0.75 size reduction
