Hello. I am trying to create references in hg38 for metafusion. I was wondering if there was any particular method for generating the blocklist that could be provided for me? I know that its based off of arriba's list, but what else has been done for it?

Breakpoints which are known to be false positives can be added to the blocklist. More can be added if they are known to be false positives. If you want to convert to hg38, liftOver can be used

Where did you get the list of known false positives? We have evaluated liftover in the past and it can have some errors or failed locations, so we would prefer to generated the list utilizing Arribas hg38 list and attempt to incorporate anything different that was included in metafusion's list.
