cis-sage clustering with blocklist fusions #14

We noticed that in the main metafusion script, that blocklist fusions are not filtered prior to cis-sage clustering. i'm wondering if this is possibly a bug.

Hi there! Sorry for the late response.

This appears to be intentional. Specifically, it seems to pass the validation tests done by the team. The blocklist fusions are generally used to filter results that the authors found to be false positives. As users run more and more samples over time, they should curate their own filters to remove fusions they believe to be false positives.
