Crg2 hg38 mital cadd1.7 #224

  1. Download CADD1.7 hg38 scores for whole genome and indels to /hpf/largeprojects/ccmbio/nhanafi/c4r/downloads/databases/CADD1.7/

  2. Modified vcfanno config file to switch to CADD1.7.

  3. Tested on Mital variant list. Final csv report reflects the new CADD1.7 scores
