I generated a simple template that generates author pages and displays their names, lists their articles, and I added authors because we might want more bibliographic data. There is no styling yet.
I also put together a list of authors to test it out, which could be used to address #20. It did highlight some problems with the data though, which I'll note in the issue. I just uncommented a group in the yaml file so they would generate and I started with Beth since I knew there would be multiple articles. We will be generating almost 700 author pages if we do it this way.
