I added the all-categories.html file, which lists all the subsets we have so far.
There was a problem with taxonomy-categories, taxonomy-methodologies, taxonomy-objective, because they use a dash in the collection name. That apparently is not acceptable by nunjucks.
This needs to be fixed in order for the lists to work.
Authors list is also not generating everything, but that is because they are commented out from the authors.json file. @tekd might have done that for testing. Let's just make sure we uncomment that when we can.
