Fix #31 - Manually updated the papers.json file to change single paper category from 'Civic Tech to Civic Technology'
Fix #29 - The template logic stated {% if paper.organization == title|slug or paper.organization == custom_filter %} and the yaml file defaulted to custom_filter: false so it was comparing the two booleans instead and listed everything. Fixed! But maybe keep in mind.
