Model description, including planned changes
Equations, inputs, outputs, parameters, and states
structure diagram
theoretical basis including equations for N cycle and Methane components
Any changes to architecture, build tools etc
Data sources for model initial conditions, drivers, and calibration targets
Approaches for parameterization, calibration, uncertainty analysis, data assimilation, and data product generation.
