13 years ago Good rewrite, using plural forms is definitely preferred. I think this didn't format quite the way you wanted.
At first read, the only omission that comes to mind is tunnel closures, which may or may not be incorporated into bridges. Perhaps there are more hazards here in Christchurch than you have listed, too: boulders/obstructions, road deformations, water seepage, liquefaction. I'll add as they occur to me.
The categories need to be restructured to make it easier for people to find things. New structure should be as follows (indented means it's a subcategory under the high-level category above it). Old categories are in square brackets after the new category name to show mapping from old to new structure. Or there is [new] to signify it's a brand-new category.
Shelter
Medical
Water
Food
Toilets [Public toilets]
Hazard zones, cordons and evacuation zones
Infrastructure issues
Places of worship [New]
Schools and universities [Education](Note: libraries need to be moved out of)
Services and supplies
Transport (Note: items under the 'Transport' category at present need to be put into their correct category. Some of these include road and bridge information, which belongs under infrastructure above.)
Other [Other](Note: there is some information here that needs to go into the other categories.)
Note: Trusted Reports looks like it contains public announcements and notices - this doesn't belong on the map and should be a new page within the top-level navigation menu instead.
