Update NS cases to use dashboard time series

The case time series for NS could use 369d8d34-c8f7-4594-8e5c-7c4ccc00a7a4 rather than the weekly report data. Then we could have daily data for NS rather than once-per-week.

For the most recent data (2022-11-15 to 2022-11-21), the sum of the weekly time series for the current week (513) is not the same as the reported weekly amount (515). However, the dashboard notes that the time series could be revised historically, so this is probably not a big deal.

It is interesting to note that the PCR time series on the dashboard (5d37261a-fcb0-46aa-ab53-9f86dccb2902) incremented by 8 days today rather than the usual 7 (going up to 2022-01-10 rather than 2022-01-09 as expected). Put in another way, the final OID went from 398 in the January 5 file to 406 in the current file. This is also reflected in the diff from today's update.
