Add new value: in the last 6 months, completed the primary series or received a booster dose #91

The PHAC vaccine coverage dataset has a new value "in the last 6 months, completed the primary series or received a booster dose".

I don't think it's possible to calculate this accurately from vaccine administration data alone, since people could receive a second dose + booster dose or two booster doses within a six month period.

This metric was reported for less than a year (2022-08-14 to 2023-06-18) and so is de-prioritized.
