The operator is able to create and to initialise SSO resources in the same namespace as the operator. It would be nice to create SSO resources at the cluster level. To make this possible, the following is required:
Create a service account in the target namespace for exposecontroller
Create a cluster role binding in the target namespace for sso-operator cluster role
