What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.C:\Documents and Settings\Jeraz Engineer\My Documents\MIPS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Unable to access jarfile google-docs-upload.jar
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I had to upload a folder.I followed the syntax ,gave in the
username,passwordbut the following message appeared 

Unable to access jarfile google-docs-upload.jar

ALso i am behind a proxy.Is there a proxy support built in ? or is it a bug
.Any help would be appreciated.

Having same problem and I tried on Vista Ultimate 64 bit and XP pro pc. Both 
give
same error. Please help!

the latest JAR file is named "google-docs-upload-1.2.jar".  Did you rename it to
"google-docs-upload.jar"?  (The syntax given reflects the old JAR file name).

If you are located not in the same directory as the tool, you have to specify 
its
full path. Please check the main page 
(http://code.google.com/p/google-docs-upload/),
I added description of how to simplify the usage in Windows and how to use 
proxy.
